21 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE RULES:
The team & I are hosting 21 Day Fitness Challenges with a prize. We want to help you build consistent healthy habits. We will be providing you with all the tools you will need in order to be successful towards reaching your goals. Below is a list of what will be included. ⠀

You have to purchase ticket . You will receive a meal guide, supplement guide, workout guide, grocery clean eating list, and group chat access for support.
In 21 days you choose your plan of action. You can still train with your health coach, you have any and everything available to increase results. It is not mandatory to utilize products but it will be recommended, but encourage for strong results within the given time. Working from the inside out is KEY!
You will be going up against any and everyone who signs up. Winner will take the prize . Your first picture that was collected at the beginning will be put side by side with a picture right when the challenge is complete. The goal is to get people into maintaining healthier habits, and what way is better to kick-start that than friendly motivational competition? We also want people to keep going beyond the challenge! It’s a lifestyle!
